The author of this page is Ronan Alves da Paixão, soldier formed by Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN), which is Brazil's military academy, in the class of 2004, by the Communications corps (similar to Signal Corps), and by Instituto Militar de Engenharia (IME), in the class of 2010, graduated in Electronics Engineering.
Interests:
- Robotics;
- Digital control;
- Telecommunications and computer networks;
- Digital devices;
- Microcontrolled systems; and
- Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs, AUVs, UGVs, general ROVs, etc).
With experience in most of the above subjects, including Linux server administration.
Still, actively takes part in IME's Experimental Robotics Group and works at the Computer Department's Robotics Lab and Nuclear Department's Unmanned Autonomous Vehicle Lab, both at IME.
